European-Line Boxers Raised with Purpose
Welcome to Stillwater Kennel
Stillwater Kennel is a family-owned Boxer breeding program located on more than two acres in Anderson, South Carolina.
Our Boxers are members of our family. Our dogs and puppies are raised in our home alongside our children and extended family, where they receive daily attention, early socialization and plenty of room to play and explore.
We focus on producing healthy, confident and affectionate Boxers with excellent temperaments, beautiful breed type and the loyalty that makes the Boxer such an exceptional family companion.
OUR PRIORITIES
HEALTH
Health is the foundation of our breeding program. We carefully select breeding dogs from quality lines and perform appropriate genetic, cardiac and orthopedic health testing. Available results are shared openly with prospective families.
TEMPERAMENT
We strive to produce confident, stable and affectionate Boxers. Our puppies are raised in a family environment and receive individual attention to help prepare them for successful lives with their new families.
QUALITY
We primarily work with European bloodlines known for their strength, substance and distinctive Boxer appearance. We value muscular structure, broad heads, deep chests, balanced movement and sound working ability.
A Lifelong Commitment to the Boxer
Our love for Boxers began when we married in 1999. We immediately fell in love with their loyalty, intelligence, playfulness and unmistakable personalities.
After experiencing serious health problems with our first Boxers, we became committed to learning more about genetics, health testing and responsible breeding. That experience continues to shape every decision we make today.
Joshua’s previous experience as a K-9 officer also provided valuable knowledge of canine temperament, training and working ability. Our goal is to preserve the qualities for which the Boxer was originally developed while producing beautiful, dependable companions suited for family life.
We have now been breeding Boxers for more than 13 years and remain committed to learning, improving and placing each puppy with a family that will value it for a lifetime.
Meet Our Boxers
Our breeding dogs are chosen for their health, temperament, structure and pedigree. Most come from carefully selected European lines that reflect the strength, substance and character we value in the Boxer breed.
Visit their individual profiles to see photographs, pedigrees and available health-testing information.
Raised in Our Home, Prepared for Yours
Stillwater puppies are born and raised inside our home. From their earliest days, they receive hands-on care, household exposure, age-appropriate socialization and plenty of interaction with our family.
We take time to learn about each puppy’s developing personality. At approximately six weeks of age, we use those observations to help match puppies with families based on temperament, lifestyle and individual preferences.
Our relationship with our puppy families does not end on pickup day. We remain available as a resource throughout the life of every Stillwater Boxer.
Located in Anderson, South Carolina
Stillwater Kennel was previously located in Greene, New York, before our family relocated to Anderson, South Carolina in 2023.
We remain connected with many Stillwater families throughout New York and the Northeast. Transportation arrangements to the Northeast are normally available for approved puppy families.
